Found a program that converts jpgs into DSi compatible ones. Idk if it has to do with the fact that i use a modded 3DS, but this is a very tedious process because the images aren't visible in the DSi camera app, but work fine in flipnotes as seen here. Anyways, enjoy this test animation with old 3D models of my OCs
