[STREET RAT]

Inspired by Jet Set Radio, here's a Flipnote that's been several months in the making. I wanted to see how much I could fit in this tiny Flipnote without going over the size limit. I experimented a bit with image scaling by utilizing Flash animation and a tool for exporting JPEGs to the DSi camera. Hope you enjoy!
