Do note, there is no stereo audio in Flipnote Studio. If you want to deter ear-rape as well, use a sock and cover the DSi's microphone input to somewhat block sound-wave intensity from the playback. If you need help, feel free to ask.
Record with 5 [>>>>>] (for 6 speed flipnotes) or 7 [>>>>>>] speed (my preference), depending on how fast your flipnote will be. Then tune the speed up one (from 5 > to 6 >). Once completed, playback audio and see if pitch/speed matches original. Keep fine-tuning until done.
Lower the pitch by 50%, fine-tune and select the part you want recorded. Then crop to selection, and press Shift+Space to Loop Playback. Get your headphones, place one earpiece over your selection and begin recording as soon as the loop begins. (You must have good ears for this.)
Download the music using the many Video to Audio converters on the web, then download/open Audacity. Place down the audio you will be using, and prepare your DSi.
