I usually do "Save as new note" on anything I do (65% of the time) and If you erase a frame and make a new page just hit paste and it would restore it but I find it odd that Its a feature in Flipnote as I tested it with other flips and frames that I accidently deleted and restored it. If you deleted a frame or image, the "Delete" feature is also a copy feature(idk how but it there), Just tap "Insert" for a new page and hit "Paste" to restore that frame/image and its recovered! its crazy but it works
