This Flipnote originally used my method of taking pics of the screen directly but with so much that could go wrong I found this tool that works much better instead. Part 2 will focus on editing video and images to look better in Flipnotes Studio.
Also In my experience you can straight up import images on the 3DS without signapic. just put a jpg with the same size dimensions taken by a DSi into the SD card and the 3DS camera app will detect it, then move it to the system memory, and it should work. Although I think the images won't keep their order.
Important to know about using signapic with the 3DS is that the images will be "corrupted" if viewed from the DSi camera app, making it impossible to move them to the system memory as it will give you an error. However you can view and move them to the system memory using the 3DS camera app, although it's a tedious process if you're importing a sequence of images. Either way Flipnote Studio will be able to read them even if the DSi camera cannot.
@AntHands Yes it should do. If it doesn't it just means that the 3DS has a seperate location where it saves pictures taken on the DSi camera. Try it and let me know if you have any issues.
