the audio splitter basically takes whatever is coming from your phone or computer's headphone port and converts it into like a headset microphone signal that your 3ds can use.
For recording the audio you can put a good pair of headphones over the microphone or put a speaker really close to the microphone. but if you want the highest possible quality you can use a Rockit Audio Splitter and an aux cable if you have a 3ds or 2ds
Re : i basically take an audio file put it in audacity change the speed of the audio to - 50% then put flipnote at speed 5 then when i put it back at speed 6 it doubles the sampling rate making the audio higher quality.
