Hey there everyone, DeepRising here with the Weekly News Letter and Weekly Topic competition. Don't forget to check out next week's topic theme and the subsequent Upcoming Topics, at the end of the News Letter. And now, here are the winning Flipnotes from last week's topic "Disproportionate Legs". Well done to everybody who entered.
A young piglet waiting to meet up with a friend experiences a disproportionate problem with her legs, in this hilarious entry, by Mocha♥.
An artist's dark side comes to life, in this Flipnote by Zmy Vfvy. We were totally blown away by the spine tingling character design, movement, and disproportionately long legs.
In this spectacular MV, by Siobhan, a chorus line of Kirbys are really getting their dance on with some seriously long legs. Go for it Kirbys!
For this week's topic, we want you to explore the comedic idea, that Loud Equals Funny. Shouting and screaming is a classic way to get a laugh, if the situation is so ridiculous, you just go crazy! Or how about getting loud somewhere you shouldn't, like a library. That's good for a giggle.
Why is loud humor funny? Is it better than normal humor?
Why not experiment with different Loud sounds from sirens, air-horns, howler monkeys, elephants or even exploding volcanoes. They're pretty loud!
Lets get really loud.......and hopefully funny!
We're really looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Make sure to post your entries to the Weekly Topic channel Weekly Topic - Loud = Funny and the deadline for your submissions is March 22nd (12pm EST / 4pm GMT) Keep on Flipnoting and the best of luck with your entries.
