Our Favorite Flipnotes from last weeks Topic "Crumbling"

When a wizard miscalculates a crumbling spell, instead of gaining entrance to a castle, it’s completely reduced to rubble in this Role Playing inspired, winning topic entry by Matt.

Presented with accompanying annotated dialogue, the hysterical bungle and crumble plays out with a satirical gaming rationale that leads perfectly to its featherless punch-line.

Very nicely done!

The crumbling of a cookie has extremely bizarre results in this unnerving Weekly Topic winner by Nirby_DS,

This expertly crafted, seven shot comedy skit includes great character acting, hilarious dialogue performance, and a fantastic crumbly premise that had us rolling around with laughter.

After a failed detonation, an earthquake shakes a building to the ground in this concrete crumbling, topic winner by windowsss2.

We loved the use of the select-nudge tool here to achieve the animated crumbling effect. Which when combined with side to side movement, brings the earthquake to life in spectacular fashion!

When the tears of a child are discovered to be caused by a broken biscuit, CoolAnim8s’s top-hatted stick man sums it up with a very telling and literal phrase.

“That’s the way the cookie crumbles!”

Cracks, crumbs, and a full biscuit disintegration are the detailed focus of this Weekly Topic winning entry by paulmarker.

But luckily, we noticed, the chocolate chips remain intact………Yummy!

This Weeks Topic - "Cockroaches"

Cockroaches are extremely resilient, beetle like insects that can infest homes and dwellings in a most undesirable way.

If you’ve got roaches in your walls, under your floor boards, or behind your refrigerator, it’s definitely time to call the exterminator!

Your Flipnotes could be about any aspect of the cockroach you choose.

You could go realistic, or turn them into cartoon characters.

You might see them as a pest, or visualize your ideas from their point of view.

Other than that, you could find yourself helplessly jumping onto a chair as they scurry around beneath you!

The choice may not be yours!!!

We really love the way you're all so creative with these topics and look forward to seeing the Flipnotes you create for them.

Make sure to post your entries to the Weekly Topic channel Weekly Topic - Cockroaches and the deadline for your entries is July the 30th (12pm EST / 4pm GMT).

We would also encourage you to add a description to your Flipnotes. This is your opportunity to explain any points of interest and specific details that we could feature in the topic winner reviews.

And don't forget, if you want a cool thumbnail picture on your Flipnote, whichever frame you save the Flipnote on, that will become the thumbnail. So choose your favorite frame for this, or add in a cool title page at the end, and save on that.

Keep on Flipnoting and the best of luck with your entries.
