yes, i do agree, i don't think young people like that should be on the internet, however we, as the users, can't do anything about them being online. it is the parent's responsibility in most parts, yes, but they are not here now, are they? and to reiterate what cookieexp has said down here, this *is* a nintendo console, so parents are not going to give this service any second thought because of that. it may be the parent's responsibility to watch what their child does online, but as long as there are no rules enforced on this subject, i think the moderators and also ourselves have some responsibility to make sure that whatever gets published on this website is safe for the younger users too. (mostly the moderators here since they don't seem to be doing much on the suggestive content that is being uploaded..)
regardless of the people using this site are 9 or 13, i just think it is a bad idea to expose suggestive content to people like that, there can be really bad long-term mental -

i guess you're technically right abt suggestive content like that technically not being nsfw, but in my personal opinion when we are dealing with some people on here as young as 9, i think it is almost just as bad as nsfw, and frankly i think it is better to not take risks with that content, i understand where your thoughts come from however
i kinda agree somewhat, but unless austin starts implementing advertising or tracking content on the sudomemo dsi applet or website (coppa doesn't allow people under 13 to be tracked online by advertisers) or starts enforcing a 13+ rule then there's nothing that we can really do tbh
also i REALLY agree with dermo here regardless of 13+ only or whatever we shouldn't allow gooner content on here. also i think if 13+ rules were implemented sudomemo would lose a large part of the userbase ;w;

while i agree with this, an argument could be made that since hatena didn't have an age requirement, sudomemo shouldn't either
