And now, here are the winning Flipnotes from last week's topic "Jam And Jelly". Well done to everybody who entered.
The art of making the perfect jam and jelly sandwich is demonstrated by one hungry OC to another in our first topic winning selection this week, by JoseFigueC.
With great animated dipping and spreading actions, the sandwich construction comes together nicely as one technique trumps the other, and they both enjoy their delicious snacks.
That’s a win-win for the double filling!
Mmmmmmmm!
In our next topic winner by DECA Jam replaces Jelly, landing right on top of it and squashing it flat!
Featuring OCs created in the style of the YouTube series “Battle For Dream Island”, the sugary characters are beautifully drawn with expressive cartoon faces, and animated very appropriately to the Michael Jackson song “Jam”.
Inspired by word play, our next winning entry by Bavaria made us laugh with the difference between a musical jam and the kind you spread on toast.
Now those are some sweet sounding vibes…….As well as a tasty looking treat!
With a lick of lips jam is added to jelly, creating the ultimate desert, in this hilariously literal take on the topic theme by jackobee.
That looks yummy! But just a touch too much jam jar for our taste. “Chuckle”
Jam and jelly partner up and do the “Happy Tango” in this Weekly Topic winning Flipnote by sava☆*•.
Don’t they look good together. That’s full marks all around!
Ghostbusters is an American supernatural comedy (originally made in 1984 and remade in 2016).
It follows the exploits of a group of scientists who become ghost hunters as they attempt to rid the world of its troublesome spooks, spirits and specters.
Using a bizarre array of technological contraptions to both capture and destroy these pesky apparitions, the gang get themsemselve in all manner of difficulties from their clients, the authorities, and of course the ghosts themselves.
This topic would include any of the Ghostbuster movies, video games, comic books, as well as the animated series.
Your Flipnotes could be about any aspect of the franchise you like, be it about the ghosts or the busting!
Why not recreate your favorite scene from the movies, with your OCs in the starring roles. That would be huge fun!
Here’s a link to the Ghostbusters movie trailer for inspiration:

And the hit music from the film by Ray Parker Jr:

This would make a great soundtrack for your Flipnotes.
Also here’s a list of ghost characters from the movie you might like to use:
Slimer, Librarian Ghost, Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man, Gozer The Destroyer, Zuul The Gatekeeper and The Key Master (Both become monstrous dogs in the movie).
Find images of these and many others on line.
So…..If there’s something strange,
In your Flipnote today,
Who you gonna call?
Ghostbusters Weekly Topic!!!

We would also encourage you to add a description to your Flipnotes. This is your opportunity to explain any points of interest and specific details that we could feature in the topic winner reviews.
