I FOUND THE FILE!!
It was in the AppData temp folder on my computer! I tried to use a recovery program at first, although it didn't recover anything important, it did lead me to where I found the ppm file!
I'm not gonna delete this flip just in case if anyone ever has a similar problem

That genuinely sucks, It hasn’t happened to me but maybe theres a way to find out what happened? - What File transfer tool are you using? Do files you take from the SD card clone to your computer or does it move it entirely? Sometimes things like this can happen without an obvious reason. Also, I’m not so sure about this but if the file was deleted theres a chance to recover it using “Recover Deleted files” programs. It should still exist on your pc as empty space somewhere, i dunno much about that option tho. I use WinSCP for transferring files btw.
