-And to squash and stretch, my method of doing it is to copy the image you want to manipulate, divide the areas you want to change into four equal parts, and then using the select tool (w/ the L shoulder button and arrow pad) to move the portion either towards the centre-
->1, >3, >83, >41, >3, >1. You can jump the numbers around but you should still get the same effect. And by moving it you press the L shoulder button, and use the arrow pad to move it around to prevent it from looking shaky.-
