Also with isolation. Hm. when I just stay in my room not doing anything, but also I have things to do.. I cannot bring myself to do anything unless I have someone with me.. you could try bring a friend with you, or siblings, family... idk :(
Sorry for long comments, I hope I did not overwhelmed you m I wish to help.. thesebwere things I could think of when I feel like that.. I have not been diagnosed with autism/adhd BUT my family sees I do indeed have it. My mother wasn't right back then. And my dad was not with me.
When feeling so angry, do not hit things around you if you done that. It could build up even more negatively down on yourself. Idk if you have collections/figures/plushies/ any sort. Look at them and take care if them.
Idk if you ever heard about this, maybe try listening to songs that can literally feel like it's scratching your ears/brain. Rewatch childhood movies. Play games on ur phone/console. Draw vent art on your own time, write down feelings...
Do you have any pets? Maybe walk them/pay attention (if no, skip) How about go look out ur window. Make nice food for yourself. See light. Go outside ur home for a bit and just breathe in/out. Not giving a care in a world if someone is looking at you.

You probably done so many breaks and some reason you cannot get ur self back at it. U are getting over stimulated, having a burnout?
