Hey there everyone, DeepRising here with our second newsletter of the week. This one is totally dedicated to the winners of the Spring 2024 Sudomemo Flipnote Fight Competition!
We had a fantastic response to this Competition Special, with many stickman battle entries of epic proportion.
Wow, what a rush!!!
And so without further ado, we are delighted to announce the results!

In a thrilling competition of talent and creativity, the winners of the highly anticipated FFC have been revealed. Let's explore the top victors and hear what the judges had to say about each animation:
1. "This Beat is Non-Stop" by JMCU:
This electrifying animation stole the spotlight, clinching an impressive three gold medals. According to Sopple, "Indeed, this beat is non-stop! It impressed me not only with its animation but also with its high-energy music beats and music-video-esque pacing." Hyun echoed this sentiment, praising its execution and leaving him eagerly anticipating more.
2. "Vs Angel" by Arancia:
Arancia's "Vs Angel" emerged as a formidable contender, securing a gold, silver, and bronze medal. Judges were captivated by its fluid animation and impactful choreography. Hatena commended the animation's fluidity, stating, "Incredibly fluid! Each hit you can really FEEL!" Yunero appreciated the attention to detail, while acknowledging the potential for further innovation.
3. "Home Run vs Jello" by MⒶZOkidox:
MⒶZOkidox's entry secured a silver and bronze medal, showcasing a unique blend of creativity and technical prowess. Yunero praised the animation's uniqueness, stating, "A unique use of a certain brush for a stickfigure OC, I like it." Hatena commended MⒶZOkidox's potential to explore new avenues of expression.
4. "1 vs 5" by C2:
C2's animation stood out for its clarity of choreography and flow, earning a well-deserved bronze medal. Sopple commended the animation's mastery of movement, likening it to an "endless wave powered by momentum through the body." While it may not have claimed the top spot, "1 vs 5" left a lasting impression on both judges and viewers alike.
5. "White vs Black" by HALU:
Crafted by the talented HALU, "White vs Black" secured a bronze medal, thanks to its solid animation and engaging narrative. Hyun appreciated the animation's use of music sync and dynamic angles, noting its ability to captivate the audience.
