The character’s feet in the same spot, if you saw my recent flipnote (Mario and sonic vs smash bag) sonic is doing the same stance as he is in your flipnote, just keep him still as best as you can.

Do you know how to move a sprite pixel by pixel? If you do that could be a big help. I’m assuming you do since I saw your sprite character and it has the white outline around it which requires that knowledge. Basically what I mean by positioning is keeping the character’s fee

You should probably work on positioning their feet correctly in their standing animation (for sonic and shadow). It’d make it look a lot better.
