Our Favorite Flipnotes from last weeks Topic "Sinking"

All new meaning is brought to the word “Divebomb” in this surreal deep sinking Topic winner by Glin.

Created using stick figure cartooning, and colored photo imports, including a stop motion performance by the creator, the sense of depth and pressure intensifies the further they sink beneath the waves. Until finally, when they can take it no longer, their head explode in a Sudo-classic atomic event!

Now that’s seamlessly editing, and very nicely done!

The final tragic moments of the S.S.Titanic disaster are brought terrifyingly to life in this Topic winning Flipnote “The Lost Leviathan” by MorseHorse.

Animated with beautiful, historically accurate shaded illustrations, the details of the ship’s demise are related as a series of action vignettes, accompanied by a dramatic voice acted narration, reminding us all that no ocean liner is ever truly “Unsinkable”!

Set to the lyrics of a melancholy song by the Mountain Goats, a relationship sinks beyond all rescue in this Topic winning MV by mh123.

Colored in the blue of a despondent sea, the failed love finds its form with emotive imagery, heartbroken expression, and impassioned character acting.

It brought tears to our eyes.

The tiniest of leaks plunges a panicked crowd into the drink in this laugh out loud funny, Topic winning entry by -cinn@mon-.

As well as a great cast of characters, supported with hilarious voice acting, the impressive water effects include a beautifully animated splash that punctuates the Flipnote’s end with perfect timing.

This Weeks Topic - "The Fox"

There are many different types of fox from all over the world. But the most common species is the red fox (Vulpes vulpes). It has pointed ears, red brown fur, and a long bushy tail, or brush.

Foxes have always had a reputation as clever and cunning, which has contributed to their prominence in folklore going back many years.
